Grinding:
2 Green Chillies
1 cup Grated coconut
½ tsp cumin seeds
Method:
1.Cut the vegetable into long pieces , wash well ,add turmeric and chilli powder and little water and cook in a heavy bottom vessel.When its done add salt.
2.Grind together the coconut, green chillies and cummin seeds to a coarse paste, adding very little water
3.Add the above paste to the cooked vegetables,mix well
4.Add fresh curry leaves and 4 tsp of coconut oil and switch off the stove
5.Now,add the beaten curd,mix well and remove from heat
